    Be Present and Do It

Being present is something that will empower us to live in the present and the moment we are present to something that needs to be done, do it.

The challenge most of us has is that we think we have all the time to do it and we procrastinate and thinks we are able to do it later but we either don’t have the time or we can’t remember.

Why did I write about this? It’s because 2 days in a row I have forgotten to write what I am grateful for and it has to stop. I am taking on to do it when ever I am present than to put it off.

Now to express my gratitude for yesterday.

    1. I am grateful to have that consistency in meeting people everyday and show them the Happy Life Project.

    2. I am grateful to have friends and am able to leverage their expertise in delivering information of our Unicity products and what’s needed to achieve optimum health.

    3. I am grateful to have leaders who are taking ownership of their business

A Wonderful and A Happy Day

It was a wonderful and a very happy day for us in Unicity yesterday and so happy enjoying and celebrating that I have forgotten to express my gratitude yesterday.

Yesterday was the official opening of Unicity Yangon DSC and we also had our SOPP attended by 10,000 people. It marks the beginning of the transformation of lives here in Myanmar and it’s truly exciting.

I was contemplating whether to write about what I am grateful for yesterday or only get it written tonight but decided to write now because I know if I don’t be consistent in doing it every day, I will start to slacken and will stop expressing my gratitude one day.

So now, to express what I am grateful for yesterday.

    1. I am grateful for the learning journey that I have gotten this 1 year in Yangon where I have shorten my learning process.

    2. I am grateful to be the access of new possibilities for people I am meeting and seeing that the Happy Life Project is an access for people to finally get out of the rat race.

    3. I am grateful to be able to build an international network spanning from Singapore to Myanmar and Brunei.

    4. I am grateful to have attended the SOPP with the team and my guest to show them what’s now possible for them and their lives.

    5. I am grateful to have leaders who are taking on the business even without me attending the training together with them.

Thank you Buddha for all your blessings. I am ready and willing to learn through this journey and continue to receive all your blessings.

    Build Your Network

I was supposed to have an appointment early this morning but the lady has mistaken it for coming Sunday instead.

While sitting at the apartment, I was thinking of what I can do and decided to message some of my friends in my previous employment.

It’s nice to know that there are friends whom I can contact who are in Shanghai, Malaysia and Indonesia and I start to realize how important it is to build our Rolodex or network of friends.

One of the guru says that how much we are worth depends on our network and that’s really true! So start building your network now.

    Time to express my gratitude.

    1. I am grateful to have built a circle of friends whom I can call upon whenever I am in that country or city. There are some jerks but it’s OK, there always will be and I just want to focus on the friends out there.

    2. I am grateful to have accepted the invitation to go for the International Fashion Show and gotten to know some of the affluent people in the society.

    3. I am grateful to have the knowledge of the Unicity products allowing me to share the knowledge with Amanda and her entire family.

    4. I am grateful to be present to my context or motive with my conversation with my wife and choose to be authentic with her what was my motive or context of the earlier conversation.

    5. I am grateful for my existing partners who were dormant and start to be active once again coming back to the Unicity business.

Thank you Buddha for all your blessings. I am ready and willing all that I have to learn and continue to receive your blessings.

    Time Is The Essence

Had an opportunity to have a conversation with a marketing manager who has been working for 16 years in the pharmaceutical field.

According to what he mentioned, he is earning a good income and if I am not wrong, a five figure income in USD here in Myanmar.

However, the problem he has had was that he did not have the time to spend with the family and now both kids are grown up at 18 and 16 years old.

I can totally relate to that because that is what I have been experiencing during the time of my corporate job and had to travel extensively. Now, I am willing to just exchange 2 to 3 years of my life so I can have all the time I want with my family.

    1. I am grateful to have taken the route of entrepreneurship and be a Network Marketing Professional when offered the opportunity to take on a different role in my ex-company.

    2. I am grateful that I am able to meet people and through the conversations, able to let them see a new possibility in their lives.

    3. I am grateful to have my wife having the flexibility to work from home and guide the kids and to know what the kids are going through and to rectify any situation immediately.

    4. I am grateful to continuously in action so as to inspire my partners of what can be achieved so long one doesn’t stop.

    5. I am grateful to have that eagerness to learn and having that Activator theme in me, able to use what I learn to impart the skills to my team.

Thank you Buddha for all your blessings. I am ready and equipped to receive all of your blessings.

    Work On Your Strengths

When we are young, there are subjects that we are good at and subjects that we are not. Whether in school or back home, we will always be asked to work on the ones that we are not good at.

It makes sense when we were young to work on subjects that we are not good at but as time goes by and when we start working, we still on the things that we are not good at?

Isn’t it a waste of time? Wouldn’t it be more productive to find someone who can complement us in what we are lacking?

I never thought this way until I attended the Crack Your Strengths Quotient program and it has been a liberating process for me to know why I act the way I acting and the things I am doing.

    So to express my gratitude:

    1. I am grateful to have attended the Crack Your Strengths Quotient to let me know that my top theme is Learner and now I worked and practiced on my Learner theme every day.

    2. I am grateful to stick to my word and made the calls and had several appointments fixed over the next 3 days.

    3. I am grateful to have the confidence to tell it point blank to a doctor what we are doing and take it in stride even when he says No to the business.

    4. I am grateful to have the skills of getting and collecting contacts.

    5. I am grateful to have followed the Dream Exercise now for 10 days. Things will start changing for me because I have faith in Stewart Hughes in what he wrote in the Dream book.

Thank you Buddha for all your blessings. The journey I am taking this far is definitely shortening the whole cycle of my learning process. I am ready and willing to receive all of your blessings.
