To add years to your life, look forward to the future. A rosy outlook of the future increases life by at least 7 years. A glass is half full attitude boosts the body’s immune system, enabling it to better fight off infection and handle the destructive effects of stress.

I was actually quite disappointed to visit the German pavilion in the World Expo because thinking that Germany is a developed country, I would see innovative stuff.

What I saw was just a LCD panel with birds flying in and out and at the same time, a big gigantic ball that seems to be moving based on the people’s shouting.

Is it true? I do not know.

It was quite interesting to see the Sweden pavilion where the innovations that originated from Sweden.

1. Did you know that the first Coca Cola glass bottle actually started in Sweden?

2. Did you know that the green button on the mobile telephone also originated from Sweden?

There is also a picture of how the Swedish were concerned the environment where they turned one of the rubbish dump to what is now a beautiful beach.

During the last year’s world expo in China, I had the privilege of visiting at the expo and taken some pictures of the different country’s pavilions.

I will be more proactive from now on to post some of the thoughts that I have, visits to some places that I have traveled to.

However, is it really the truth or was it because of things that happened, you used what happened to justify your view that made it your truth?

In a similar report, the Chinese community are reported to get Cancer while the Indian community are reported to get cardiovascular disease.

Do you know why the Malay community has a tendency to be obese? Is it because of the food intake? What other reasons could it be?

Initially, the kids were a bit shy to be up on stage singing and after some time and encouragement to get them singing, they went up on stage singing some Chinese New Year songs as it will be the Lunar New Year of the Ox in a few days’ time.

There is definitely truth to the statement of Newton’s Law, when a body is in motion, it will continue to be in motion unless stopped by an outside force.

Why do I say that? Because when the kids started singing, they couldn’t stop.

As we were making our way to the pond, we saw the Prime Minister of Singapore, Mr. Lee Hsien Loong and his wife walking out from the Botanical Gardens.  We greeted him and my brother asked if it is all right to take to have a photo taken with PM Lee and he agreed.

We should have taken a family photo since my brother’s family and my family were there too but guess we were too excited and it was a bit too sudden as it was our first time seeing PM Lee.
